You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to paid features will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including text, algorithms, AI outputs, diagrams, and software—are owned by Artus or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. AI-Generated Outputs

Artus generates design suggestions, product documentation, roadmaps, code architecture, and more using AI agents. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before using them in production.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, suitability, or legality of AI-generated content, and disclaim all liability from decisions based on it.

7. Data Privacy

Our handling of your personal and business data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described therein.

8. Availability and Downtime

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any resulting damages or business losses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your workspace and data. We may retain certain information as required by law or internal policies.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artus, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkatta, West Bengal, India.
